I have been paying on since August 2012. I had the incentive that I will drive worry free with this extended warranty. In an event of a break down I will be covered and my reimbursement for a rental while the car is being serviced. Of course the contract had many grey areas and expectations are unrealistic and discouraging. I was not driving worry free and when it was time to repair the vehicle I was denied saying they only cover certain parts. Then asked for oil change records for a year, basically sent on the run around. This is very discouraging. [redacted] is an Advertising company and [redacted] is actually the policy holders? I was not informed of this. After being told this information I also found that this company is a total rip off any many consumer reports have been filed against this company. I do not and will not want to pay another dollar towards a false extended warranty that has never paid a dime towards my vehicle and I believe they keep changing their company address.
