"My complaint was immediately resolved after the Revdex.com notified the owner of the company. The owner contacted us right away, came right out and fixed everything on the list, and made sure we were completely happy with how everything was done. We are very pleased with this outcome, still regret the communication issues Mr. [redacted] (the owner) had, but appreciate the immediacy of his response.
