I paid *** *** a total of $39K to fully furnish a condo I purchased Of that $4,was a retainer for her interior design services and $35,was to purchase furniture I have signed contracts for both the $4,for a retainer for her interior design services and $35,that she was to use to purchase furnishings I received two items from *** I have receipts for the two items I received from her I kitchen faucet that she paid $total for and some cabinet cupboard drawer door handle pull knobs for the kitchen that she paid $total for She has put in writing to me on numerous occasions that the $35,would be used to purchase my furnishing and my furnishings only and that she should be the one to purchase my condo's furnishings because she passes on her interior decorator discount to her clients so that I would be paying 20% off retail for all my furnishings by using the interior decorator pricing
