home on 6/30/I performed work for five evenings and replacing siding on the house, the sixth was spent pressure washing the complete houseMrs*** hired someone else to complete the work that I was contracted to do and was already prepared by my company, and the contract was signed by my company to complete the jobMrs*** ordered me off the job without giving me an opportunity to complete the workMrs*** and I made a verbal commitment that I would complete the job during my spare evenings hours, at my convenience, there was never a verbal agreement or set time to complete the jobMy company purchased a total sum of $in materials toward this jobThis was money spent out of down paymentI was ask to replace bad siding, chock, and paint the entire house, also install two outside storm doors that she agreed to purchaseMrs*** agreed to pay a total of $1300.00; of which she paid $To include the $that I paid for the materials, she owe and additional $which was to be paid to me when the job was completedBy my calculation she owes me the $that I was out of for materials, and she breached the contract by not allowing me to complete the jobWhen I went back to complete the job, she had hired someone else to complete the work that I have a contract to complete.
