fault half and half in my opinion I got a quot over the phone they said about 400 dollars then they came to my door and look at the job and the guy said somwhere in that range . so he put two about 20 foot lines in with a shut off on one side of each line didnt want any money and left . then they sent the bill of about 780 dollars I went to them they said they cant do nothing .I paid but would never deal with them again .anyway just get it in righting first if they look at the job they can put it in righting first
