For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:Gold Star sent me on a wild goose chase I started to Michigan with the documents and verbal confirmation that I would be closing I spent a lot of money waiting around in Michigan for two weeks I think I should receive compensation for that time Gold Star needs to step up, they have a very inexperience agent that was not doing her job Both realtors involve knew of her inability to convey information correctly This company found fault with every step of the way in the mortgage process It I was not able to qualify, then they should I said so in the beginning They kept dangling the carrot saying after this one little step, which turned out to be several little steps They need to reprimand this employee and compensate me on my troubles and time Bad business practice!
