To confirm on the above, I received a check for mine and my fiancés ring for a total of $1850, however, having just checked my bank balance, the check appears to have bounced!!!

Review: My fiance and I ordered our wedding bands ($1850 total) on 03/02/15. The owner had to order our rings in so we could get the right sizes. We were told it would be up to 3 weeks. He then closed his store and did not provide us information on where to find him, tracking him down became very difficult. After 7 weeks we called to ask if they were there yet, and were told 1-2 days for my fiance's ring and 3-4 for mine (Approx April 18th). 5 days past and we still hadn't heard, so again we called and were told the same thing, 1-2 days for both! Another 3 weeks of this went on, until finally we were told my Fiance's ring had arrived (approx May 5th), when we went to see it, no paperwork (appraisals etc) was provided, the ring didn't even have a box, finally the ring was ordered in a size that was not what we ordered. So that ring needed to be resized, My ring remained as it had been for weeks now "a day or two away" this week, we were told it was on it's way with Fed-Ex, however when asked for a tracking #, the owner refused to provide us one and the following day, said I could have a refund to purchase my ring elsewhere? To me this seems very suspicious considering it was "On it's way for delivery with Fed-Ex". Being so concerned we called the manufacturer '[redacted]' to ask what we could do to feel safe about my fiance's ring, being concerned as well, they recommended while in his presence, we ask him to call them and they would provide him and us with any additional details, so when seeing him today to pick up my Fiance's ring we asked if he would contact them, he refused without giving reason "I won't do that, no I want do that", we asked if we could have the details of the jeweler who resized the ring to which he replied "Just a guy, he does private work and doesn't like to be named!". Finally are been given no paperwork, lied to numerous times and not even allowed to track our shipment, we had to get a refund, 9 weeks after our rings were due. This company is not fit to operate!Desired Settlement: So long as the refund check he provided cashes tomorrow, I don't need further settlement. However, after receiving multiple lies, him refusing to provide any official paperwork or tracking numbers we are very suspicious of potential fraud! The biggest alarm bell was when the called the manufacturer ([redacted]) directly and they said to be safe, have him call us while you're there, because assuming everything has been ordered like he says, he should have no problem, yet when asked, he refused!
