On Tuesday, September 11th of I took my vehicle in to KCM Autocare to have the break pads changed because my car was making a noise when I was breakingOnce they took a look they said it was not my break pads making the noise it was a backing plate when they said this they had already took apart my car and showed me the break pad to compare what a new break pad looks like and what my current break pad looked likeThe person was holding in her hand my break pad saying that it still had half it’s lifetime left and I was in no need of new onesOn Wednesday, September 19th of my breaks completely stopped workingI took my car into a different mechanic near by and they said the person that last worked on my breaks did not tighten the bolts on my breaks so they came completely loose and came apart and caused my front breaks to be destroyed I called KCM Auto Care because they were the last and ONLY people to work on my breaks and the manager claimed that they NEVER touched my
Following an extensive back surgery, Rinella Orthotics came into my hospital room to fit me for a back braceI made certain to mention that I was being treated for water retention and that the “fit” would not be accurate due to my condition as I was pounds heavier at this due to the water retention [redacted] continued to fit me in my temporary condition and left me with a size braceI am a pound female under circumstancesFollowing my release from the hospital I tried to use the back brace that Rinella Orthotics left me with and in its tightest position it fell to the floorI contacted Rinella Orthotics and was told that due to the brace touching my skin that it was not returnableRinella Orthotics then re-fit me for a second brace at which time I left the office with a size 36...the correct size that I needed had I not been retaining waterRinella Orthotics told me that they would have to bill me for this second brace which was not covered by insurance due t
