Please reopen complaint Salesman has not done what he said he would doJosh as I told you when I spoke with you last, I have paid [redacted] Security for three months because I was waiting for your company to deal with buying out my contract and after you didn’t I called and cancelled it myself Attached is a copy of the invoice with the balance of my contract In the meantime, I have been billed three months by [redacted] which I have not paid So as I see it, in order to get this handled to my satisfaction, you need to pay off this contract ($274.33) and pay [redacted] ( $119.97) for the three months which will total approximately $which would have been what I would have owed [redacted] if everything had been handled in a timely manner In reference to an installation made at my house in August, when I was lead to believe that [redacted] Security was updating my security system I made a complaint to the Revdex.com that I suspended because Josh told me that Wizeguyz would buy out my contract with [redacted] Security My payments to [redacted] are automatically deducted from my checking account on the 8th of the month and one was deducted on September for $and I am expecting one to be deducted on October I contacted [redacted] and they e-mailed me the paperwork to cancel my contract My contract does not expire until June which means that after I pay this month, I will still owe them $ In the meantime, I have received an invoice from [redacted] for two months at $a month Please advise how you want me to handle this As I said before, I am not going to pay for two security systems [redacted] Drive [redacted] NC [redacted] Business Phone [redacted] Home Phone

regret that the customer has chosen to cancel services with *** ** It
seems by their complaint
that the choice to cancel had nothing to do with the
actual service but rather with a frustration over rebatesWhile it is
unfortunate that the customer claims to never have received a rebate, we have
no control over ***'s rebate process As the customer referenced, we
made multiple attempts to assist them
In response to the "unaware of a contract."
We obtain their signature at the time of install that confirms their
understanding of a promotional offer by *** ** for services both in a first
year promotion and a second year increaseI will be happy to provide a copy of the contract if needed

when I spoke with you last, I have paid [redacted] Security for three months because I was waiting for your company to deal with buying out my contract and after you didn’t  I called and cancelled it myself.  Attached is a copy of the invoice with the balance of my contract.  In the meantime, I have been billed three months by [redacted] which I have not paid.  So as I see it, in order to get this handled to my satisfaction, you need to pay off this contract ($274.33) and pay [redacted]( $119.97) for the three months which will total approximately $394.30 which would have been what I would have owed [redacted] if everything had been handled in a timely manner.
