When we call prospective clients, we try to ascertain if they are interested in increasing their business via online marketing. We sell [redacted] AdWords Pay-per-click (PPC) services as well as search engine optimization services (SEO) among many other services. Both of these services can increase a company's visibility on search engines by placing its website at or near the top of a [redacted] search when people conduct searches for qualifying phrases. We employ experts that are certified by [redacted] in AdWords management and have active certifications. A business does not have to “qualify” for these services, as they are av ailable to anyone. It seems that in this case there was some mis-communication or lack of clarity on the part of our caller, and re-training has taken place to ensure that this does not happen again.
