Purchased a vehicle from premier Nissan that has a SALVAGE title! They fraudulently scrub titles and sell these vehicles!!!!! After having the vehicle for less than hours, transmission went outIt was then discovered that the whole front end was being held up by a piece of 2xWhen u told a service guy there at Premier, he gave me the name of the guy who did the "body work after the accident." I was completely unaware of this vehicle being involved in an accident, much less being a totaled vehicleThe complete car shifts and I sometimes will lose control of this vehicle while I have my young children in the vehicleThey deny having any knowledge of the accident despite the fact they told me the name of the guy who did the body work who actually wrote a letter stating that he did the work submitted BY premier NissanI am stuck in this dangerous vehicle as I can not affor two car notes!!!!

On 8/23/my wife and I purchased a Pre-owned Nissan Armada that had miles on itDuring the purchase, we asked for the extended warranty for the SUVToday after reviewing the warranty that was provided to us, the dealer sold us their Security+Plus Gold P refereed plan under the New Vehicle planThis plan starts on the manufactures original warranty start date and mileage begins at zero instead of the Pre-owned plan that starts at the time of purchase and mileage added to current odometer
When I spoke to Mr Lee in finance this afternoon he informed me that this was accepted practice by Nissan and he could do nothing for usWhich means that we paid for a service that started prior to our purchase of the vehicleIt also put us beyond our limits as we were sold the months / miles Vsthe Moths / 80,miles which would have provided us coverage for approx more miles

I bought my vehicle in February/March of I have had issues since the beginningMy first issue was when I was told my liscense plate was ready and made the two hour trip to retrieve it only for my liscense plate to have been lost in less than hoursI first went in and told my sales associate that I wanted to see what I could get approved forI finally had my vehicle picked out and test drove and waited for hours to get paperwork done and at last minute was told I could only get the manufacturers smallest made carEventually I got up to my current car but it still wasn't what I was initially toldThen the sales person never went over exactly what I was gettingI found out recently my car model doesn't come with door speakers in the rear of the vehicle even though they have speaker boxes in the doorI found this out when I wasted and hour going to a different Nissan service department because I had thought my speakers went outMy concern was raised after my radio started

Workers Are Very Rude , Had My Car Serviced And The Guys forgot to put the mileage updated sticker goes back and tell them They was mad they had to fix the problem and they still put the wrong thing They are very unprofessional !!!

I brought my Versa in for an oil changeThe service manager with whom I had dealt for more than two years greeted me, accepted my car and assured me that the service would be provided with the expediency and care I had been used to during previous visitsAs I was walking into the building to take a seat and await the completion of the service, I noticed sales manager standing near the entranceThe service manager inquired about the service I was having and suggested that I trade it in for a new Nissan because of the need for VersasI told him that I was not interested at this time, but would consider this information for future referenceHe seemed to accept my decline and wished that I have a good dayI accepted and went into the buildingAfter some time, I ventured outside where I met the sales manager againThis time he reiterated his offer and suggested that I speak with a salesmanAnticpiating the need for a new car in the not so distant future, I agreed to speak with a salesman, who I also informed that I was only seeking information for the possible purchase of a new vehicle at some point in the futureThe salesman agreed and proceeded to ask about my interestsAfter completing a test drive, I decided to check on the progress of my VersaThe service manager informed me that the front end of my Versa was so badly misaligned that the service technician nearly cut his hand on the exposed cords of the tiresHe estimated the cost of a front end alignment and two new tires to be approximately $I thanked the service manager and proceeded to vonclcon my business with the salesmanHowever, this new information began to cause me concern for my safety and the cost effectiveness of having the Versa repairedI continued my discussion with the salesman, who assured me that under the circumstances, it would be advisable to continue with negotiations and complete the sale of a new Sentra during this visitAlthough I knew my financial condition was not optimal for allowing the purchase of a new car, I weighed the cost effectiveness of the cost of the repair with the security of a new car being under warranty and decided that the purchase would be the best decisionImmediately after returning home with the new Sentra, I realized the mistake I had made and that I would not be able to afford the nearly $monthly paymentAfter several trips to the dealership over the next few months, I was able to meet the Floor ManagerAfter explaining my situation and the actions of the sales manager, the floor manager stated that he had discussed the situation with the sales managerThe floor manager stated that the floor manager "didn't see anything wrong with what he did."
The actions of the sales manager were at the very least unethical by any standards, and given that the floor manager had also disclosed that he had earned an MBA degree, should have known that the practices of the sales manager were unethical

I test drove a vehicle at this dealership and liked the time and attention given to me by the salesperson (Nathaniel) The next day, I started researching prices on the vehicle and called the dealership and asked to speak to Nathaniel I was told he was on vacation and so another salesman (Blair) called me back I gave him a VIN number on a car I was interested in purchasing and asked him to give me his best price on the vehicle He quoted me a price and added that tax, title and license would have to be added My husband and I decided that we would go back to the dealership to purchase the vehicle En route, my husband asked me to call again to verify the price and again Blair told me the same price When we got to the dealership, we test drove the vehicle once again When it was time to do the final negotiation on the vehicle, Blair told us a very different price When we questioned him, we were then sent to Wilbert, an executive sales director who informed us that he could not sell us the vehicle at the price that was quoted to us He tried to tell us that a destination fee had not been included in the price (which we could understand since it was in the small print) however, he also tried to tell us that they had to charge extra for a package (which was not optional) that was already in the sticker price We tried to argue that we were being charged twice for the package, but he just kept insisting that he couldn't sell us the car at the price the salesman told us When I asked to speak to his supervisor we had to wait around minutes more and then finally John came into the office and also told us that he couldn't sell the car at the price the salesman told us Both Wilbert and John were very arrogant and John was rude even asking my husband what school he went to when he noticed his college ring I would not ever do business here as they do not honor prices given to the customer Even if the initial salesman gave us the wrong price, I feel that the management should have honored the price given We feel as though we certainly wasted our valuable time at this dealership

Called dealership a few days before I was to go to look at vehicles I saw listed on Carfax I was told they were both on the lot and I made an apptfor 9:am I called again the day before my apptand was told the cars were still there When I got there I was told that they both were sold the day before BUT, I was told that they had several cars of similar model, age, mileage, and cost I was dragged around two lots to find vehicles they said were on the lot None of them could be found but they did find a few cars which did not meet my requirements The saleswoman kept asking me if I was interested a particular car she had me look at I said "No, it was too small." She must have asked me or times if I was interested in that one car We went back into the office "to get me into an air conditioned space while she allegedly conferred with the manager about what was available She returned and told me that "a lot of new vehicles were arriving on Monday and that th

01/12/my co-worker brought me to Premiere NissanWe met a Salesman who identified himself as MrB*** (don't remember his first name)He introduced us to Salesman JCI told him the SUV I was interest inMy co-worker JC and I went to the clearance center to pick up the SUVAfter the purchase was completed I was handed a keyWe departed the dealership
01/13/at approximately 5:55am I unlocked the door and when I opened the door the alarm was activatedI then realized that I wasn't given the remote to my vehicleI later called JC to inquire about the remote and he stated the owner only turned in one key and no remote
I later learned the name of the previous owner and on 01/16/I contacted him and identified myself as the person who just purchases the Acadia he traded in but was informed by the salesman that he did not turn in both keys and the remoteHe said that's a lie he gave them both keys and the remoteHe said that I need to go back and don't leave

I visited the Premier Nissan located in Metairie, LAI had two separate issues one with the axle which happened in June and one with the inside shifter which happened in August The axle was broken due to a traffic accident and the inside shifter due to a company recall My first negative experience concerned payment for the service My adjuster with my insurance company stated they would be paid because the axle was missed originally from the accidentPremier Nissan held on to my car for three weeks stating they could not release my car until they received their check from the insurance company When they finally released my car to me I received my second horrible experience by finding out Premier Nissan did not fix the other problem I was having with my vehicle concerning the inside shifter I spoke with various team members and managers concerning the issues I was having One of the team members refused to bring me back home in their courtesy van because he said he didn't wa

I purchased a car from Nissan the day after x mas and originally was happy when I left dealershipCome to find out days later I was charged a car payment for a car I had traded in weeks priorCalled finance company and found out my car was never paid offCalled premier Nissan and left 3-messages for each general manager, finance manager and person responsible for pay offs and never got a call back from any of them and this is weeks after and still no callOnly person to reach out to me was the salesmen who sold me the car, I was apprehensive of him calling me at least but this was not his department and he didn’t have the answers I was looking forCar was finally paid off days later and I should be getting the over paid money back from the finance company but my money is tied up for over days and to us not well off people $is a lot of money to be out ofPlus I was charged $over draft fees from my bank that I will never get backI live hours away In south FL so it’s not very convenient for me to just pop inI come to LA at least times a year to visit family and I will never step foot in this dealership againA simple call back from a manager would have been nice but they are to tied up with pumping out inventory rather than calling their customersI will tell everyone I know there to make the extra min drive across the lake to Covington where they actually appreciate their customersVery disappointed

On September I went to the Premier Nissan of Metairie car lot, to purchase a vehicleI was sold a Nissan Altima while signing the contractWe were informed that the car was sold to someone else the day priorSo, the dealer went back and made a deal on a RogueBefore leaving the lot, we inspected the carThere was a scuff on the side of the car which was removedAnother problem was there was roaches all through the truckI brought the truck to the dealership on two occasions to get it fixed but nothing was doneWe bombed the vehicle three times and there are still roaches presentThey come out in the night time mostlyAlso, I have a new born child who can’t say if anything is crawling on her(or the chemicals may be harmful) and my four year old son has been complaining about his ears which I don’t know if anything crawled in in his from when he is sleep in the truckWe contacted the dealership and was told it’s my vehicleI’m not satisfied at all because this isn’t w

The dealership falsely advertised the vehicle I purchased as a vehicle that had all of its features operationalThe vehicle is a dangerous on the road because the blinkers do not work, the seat cannot be adjusted and there is an issue with the brakesThe windows do mot work and I suspect that they did not get a legitimate inspection sticker

We refinanced the vehicle we purchased from Premier NissanWe went to the dealership on March to fill out the form to cancel the GAP insurance and get a refundAfter signing the form, we were told the person that processes the paper work was not there and it would be sent to the gap company on Monday March On March 21, we called the gap company to check on the status of the refundWe was told they had not received any paperwork related to the cancellationWe then called the Premier Nissan , spoke to someone in the finance department and was told as soon as their meeting was over the paperwork would be sent to the gap companyWe were told it would take at least six weeks to receive a refundWe don't see why it should take that long for them to to send in the paperwork to the gap company to be processed and then for the dealership to send us the refund We believe Premier Nissan is delaying sending in the paperwork for processing, to try to keep more of the prorated refund a

I purchased a vehicle on May 1, and when negotiating the purchase or the vehicle I was told that they added $to the purchase price in order to add a trailer hitch package to the vehicleThe salesman explained to me that they had to order the parts(Bumper insert Trailer hitch Adapter plug) needed to install and that they would take days to come in and then they would install itAfter days of waiting they finally said the parts were in and that it could be installedWhen I went to pick up the vehicle, I noticed that they did not install the parts they had promised at the saleInstead they had added an aftermarket hitch that could be found at any Uhaul type establishment for $When I explained my complaint to the sales manager and salesmanI was told that the vehicle was no longer their problem, that I had already purchased and they would not do anything to make good on what sold to meThey said they felt like a had gotten a good deal and should be satis

On June 29th I turned in my leased vehicle and leased another vehicle that was easier to get in because of my arthritisI was told that the deal would be completed and there would be no payment on the old lease on the 19th of JulyWell, not only did the payment for the old lease come out of my checking account, I received a new lease payment request for the new lease which will hit my account on the 29th of JulyWhen I called Premier Nissan, I spoke to Fernando and was told someone would call me back, but not to worry, I would get the money backHe was going to find out why the payoff had not been completedI have not heard back from anyone and am now in the position of paying two car notes instead of one, with a vague promise that I would eventually get my money backThat is not acceptable

I purchased a vehicle from this location on April 10, As I was going through financing everything seem to be OK I asked a few questions she quickly answered themEverything seemed to be OK except for a day later I'm going through the paperwork and I see a document with a charge of $ I had my sister who is a paralegal look over the document because when I thought this paper was the warranty that I had on the car which came standard with the vehicleAs she read it she made me aware that I was charge an additional $for an additional warranty That was never explained to me She told me it was the standard coverage that was still on the vehicleI Felt I was taking advantage ofWhen I asked about this paper she said it was for the warranty that I had on the vehicle which I thought was already coveredI made three different attempts to speak with the financing manager left Messages with no avail As frustrated as I was I drove all the way to the dealership f

I walked into Premier Nissan on Thursday, June 16th, interested in viewing and potentially test driving vehicles that were advertised on the business' websiteI was greeted by a young salesman, MrMoses J***We discussed models of cars, talked vaguely about pricing and in short order test drove a certified pre-owned Nissan RogueEverything was quite normal, including the customer service provided by MrJ***After going back into an office on the used car lot, MrJ*** and I, along with my family were going over some basic figures and discussing the different features of the car I would ultimately be interested in gettingI was very clear that I wasn't buying a car that day, only viewingEventually I provided my Social Security number so I could get an idea of what the early numbers would beThey had already photocopied my license so could do a test driveAll they were supposed to do was run a soft inquiry
HERE IS MY SERIOUS COMPLAINT...MrJ***

I am a repeat customer of Premier Nissan of Metairie On 12/31/I purchased my third vehicle from Premier Nissan, a $32,Nissan Frontier Prior to making this purchase the saleperson, Gloria M***, informed me that I would receive a FREE TV or an Apple iPad after this purchase I had also received promotional materials in the mail concerning this offer
While purchasing I informed the salesperson that I would like to receive the free iPadAt this time the saleperson placed a coupon for a free iPad into her sales folder and informed me that she would contact me when it comes in
After a month of no phone calls, I began to attempt to contact her Over the last month I have repeated called the saleperson to ask when I can come and pickup my free iPad Regrettably every time I call I am forwarded to voicemail To date neither Gloria M*** nor anyone at Premier Nissan has returned any of my calls
On 2/23/I went to Premier Nissan to pick up my new license

I was in Louisiana helping flood victims and my Nissan Murano stopped running Due to the flooding there were no rental cars available and repair facilities had a waiting lost, so to continue my work I had to buy a car Got a cab to take me to Premier Nissan and purchased a new car I got financing through the dealership at a higher interest rate than could get at banks and financed Gap insurance with the vehicleWhen returned home I refinanced my vehicle and spoke to Premier Nissan and was told I had to drive 200+ miles back to Premier Nissan to sign a form to get a refund on my gap insurance I complained and wrote a critical review and was called by a person from Premier Nissan who was able to get my refund When purchasing the vehicle I was asked what the tax rate is where I live and I told them 7% When the contract was completed the local rate for Metarie of 9% was used I was told that if the rate is actually 7% they would reimburse me for the difference I also brought
