The dealership falsely advertised the vehicle I purchased as a vehicle that had all of its features operationalThe vehicle is a dangerous on the road because the blinkers do not work, the seat cannot be adjusted and there is an issue with the brakesThe windows do mot work and I suspect that they did not get a legitimate inspection sticker

01/12/my co-worker brought me to Premiere NissanWe met a Salesman who identified himself as MrB [redacted] (don't remember his first name)He introduced us to Salesman JCI told him the SUV I was interest inMy co-worker JC and I went to the clearance center to pick up the SUVAfter the purchase was completed I was handed a keyWe departed the dealership 01/13/at approximately 5:55am I unlocked the door and when I opened the door the alarm was activatedI then realized that I wasn't given the remote to my vehicleI later called JC to inquire about the remote and he stated the owner only turned in one key and no remote I later learned the name of the previous owner and on 01/16/I contacted him and identified myself as the person who just purchases the Acadia he traded in but was informed by the salesman that he did not turn in both keys and the remoteHe said that's a lie he gave them both keys and the remoteHe said that I need to go back and don't leave

I purchased a vehicle from this location on April 10, As I was going through financing everything seem to be OK I asked a few questions she quickly answered themEverything seemed to be OK except for a day later I'm going through the paperwork and I see a document with a charge of $ I had my sister who is a paralegal look over the document because when I thought this paper was the warranty that I had on the car which came standard with the vehicleAs she read it she made me aware that I was charge an additional $for an additional warranty That was never explained to me She told me it was the standard coverage that was still on the vehicleI Felt I was taking advantage ofWhen I asked about this paper she said it was for the warranty that I had on the vehicle which I thought was already coveredI made three different attempts to speak with the financing manager left Messages with no avail As frustrated as I was I drove all the way to the dealership f

I brought my Versa in for an oil changeThe service manager with whom I had dealt for more than two years greeted me, accepted my car and assured me that the service would be provided with the expediency and care I had been used to during previous visitsAs I was walking into the building to take a seat and await the completion of the service, I noticed sales manager standing near the entranceThe service manager inquired about the service I was having and suggested that I trade it in for a new Nissan because of the need for VersasI told him that I was not interested at this time, but would consider this information for future referenceHe seemed to accept my decline and wished that I have a good dayI accepted and went into the buildingAfter some time, I ventured outside where I met the sales manager againThis time he reiterated his offer and suggested that I speak with a salesmanAnticpiating the need for a new car in the not so distant future, I agreed to speak with a salesman, who I also informed that I was only seeking information for the possible purchase of a new vehicle at some point in the futureThe salesman agreed and proceeded to ask about my interestsAfter completing a test drive, I decided to check on the progress of my VersaThe service manager informed me that the front end of my Versa was so badly misaligned that the service technician nearly cut his hand on the exposed cords of the tiresHe estimated the cost of a front end alignment and two new tires to be approximately $I thanked the service manager and proceeded to vonclcon my business with the salesmanHowever, this new information began to cause me concern for my safety and the cost effectiveness of having the Versa repairedI continued my discussion with the salesman, who assured me that under the circumstances, it would be advisable to continue with negotiations and complete the sale of a new Sentra during this visitAlthough I knew my financial condition was not optimal for allowing the purchase of a new car, I weighed the cost effectiveness of the cost of the repair with the security of a new car being under warranty and decided that the purchase would be the best decisionImmediately after returning home with the new Sentra, I realized the mistake I had made and that I would not be able to afford the nearly $monthly paymentAfter several trips to the dealership over the next few months, I was able to meet the Floor ManagerAfter explaining my situation and the actions of the sales manager, the floor manager stated that he had discussed the situation with the sales managerThe floor manager stated that the floor manager "didn't see anything wrong with what he did." The actions of the sales manager were at the very least unethical by any standards, and given that the floor manager had also disclosed that he had earned an MBA degree, should have known that the practices of the sales manager were unethical

On 8/23/my wife and I purchased a Pre-owned Nissan Armada that had miles on itDuring the purchase, we asked for the extended warranty for the SUVToday after reviewing the warranty that was provided to us, the dealer sold us their Security+Plus Gold P refereed plan under the New Vehicle planThis plan starts on the manufactures original warranty start date and mileage begins at zero instead of the Pre-owned plan that starts at the time of purchase and mileage added to current odometer When I spoke to Mr Lee in finance this afternoon he informed me that this was accepted practice by Nissan and he could do nothing for usWhich means that we paid for a service that started prior to our purchase of the vehicleIt also put us beyond our limits as we were sold the months / miles Vsthe Moths / 80,miles which would have provided us coverage for approx more miles

My dad went into Nissan to purchase a vehicle and gave the company a check for $dated 8/4/ However, the deal did not go through and the sales rep Truckisha Sanders gave my father the check backA month and days later the very same check was ran through mine and my dad's checking account causing the account to be overdrawn and access fees I feel to believe that this company ran this check to reach their sales goalsMy dad went to the dealership to express his concern and the dealership claims it was a system glitch a WHOLE month laterI called the dealership to get a fax number to fax over bank statements and they gave me a fax number that was not working or hasn't been working for some time according to one of the employeesI have had a car with Nissan for years and I am very appalled by thisThe fact that we have to do all the running around to get this issue resolved is what bothers me They are committing fraud you would think they would do everything in their

On Saturday June 14,I went to Premiere Nissan to look at a Nissan Quest minivan.I made it very clear that I was only looking and would not be able to stay very long because of a prior commitmentThe salesman was very aggressive and then called in another salesman who was even worseThis "TAG TEAM" then applied extreme pressure tactics on meThey had previously taken my keys to determine the trade in value of the vehicleWhen I had had enough of this treatment I requested my keysThey would not give them to meI had to become extremely agitated before they would give me the keysat this point one of the salesmen said, and I quote, "If I give you this car for $20,would you sign the papers today? "By this time I was very nervous and upset and just wanted to leave My husband went back on Friday June to speak to Janna [redacted] whom I spoke to on SaturdayHe made it clear he would by the vehicle at the price quoted by the salesperson on SaturdayHe was told that was
