I purchased a third function kit for my TC35 New Holland compact tractor a couple of years ago. I recently had an issue with the unit. I have been a lot doing clean up after the hurricanes in Florida and considered wear and tear as the problem. Any time I have called the company, the staff have been very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. The Help videos are clearly detailed. I haven't experienced a company that is as accommodating as W.R.Long, Inc. I am pleased with my purchase of their product, and I highly recommend them.

Every time I've called, the staff was very knowledgeable, I was treated with patience and respect, and the available on line help videos are quite useful. I don't , personally, know of any other company that go that far to assist their customers. I am so very glad I purchased their product. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
