Hello, my name is *** ***owner of w & t auto wrecking incon march /2018 I did sell a rebuild transmission to Mr *** *** for and I warranty the transmission only, for days no labor was warranty.. He was looking for a use
transmission, and I told him that I have to pull it out of the vehicle ,but if he was in a hurry I could let him have the rebuild one for the same priceso he agreeto that. and he made the purchase. I explained him that transmission will need an oil cooler and rebuilt torque converter. after few weeks he call me and said that the transmission fail , it was not good I told him to bring it back I will replaced ,with another transmission , or if he wants I will rebuilt the original at these moment the conversation was on the phone ,when he got to my shop , I found out that the transmission was burned , it was cause by miss installation or not enough oilor poor circulation of fluid in his car , so I explained to himeven thoug that I will replaced , so I send , his original transmission to rebuilt which was all destroy from the inside the transmission man rebuild it and I gave a second rebuilt transmission , I also told him that , "if he burned these time these other transmission I will not able to warranty itbecause the transmission mechanic will not warranty any burned transmission so he also told me , that it will not happened , few weeks later he called me with the same issue that his truck works for few miles twenty or minutes and the fail again, I told him to bring it that I wanted to inspectedso he agree and did bring the truck to my shopwhen I inspected the trans was burned againand his wife also said that it was burned , and one of my mechanics also double checked and it was burned. after that he left the truck in my parking space , and come back to pick his truckhe was demanding me to fixed for free,the I offered him that if we removed and installed back we will warranty labor and partbut we have to charge for the removed and installation $including the new fluid of the transmission that is about in fluid only then his wife said that they will take it to a friend of them. but when he come back he come back with really mean actitud , all upset , saying that he is going to reported me, sue me and even disrespecting me ,saying bad words , and when I turned around he get the finger out , to my little daugther , she is only ten years old and he was been so rudeafter that we have a video where in a bad actitud he spill the oil on the floor in front of my shopafter that , his wife called , saying she is going to sue me, his mother call me doing the same staff, then he called me again so I told him that he is entitle to do what ever he thinks is right , but I can warranty miss installation , and labor and after he burned transmissionalso I never denied the warranty if he wants to pull it and I will take it to the transmission mechanic again but he wants me to do removal and installation for freeagain after he burned transmission I can do thatplease fell free to contac if you have any question and I m sorry for the delay ,but I was out of states and I was not able to check my mail. thanks again . *** ***
