I began tenancy with this company in mid-June and ended tenancy October 1, Had many issues with this company, renters beware!! To name just a few, in July of our apartment began having a bee issue Called the apartment complex for approximately weeks attempting to have this issue resolved and NOTHING! They would come and spray, at best One particular day between 10:a.m.-p.mI made count of bees that were killed inside my unit As of my move out date, years later, there is still an entire wall knocked out from where the bee's nest was so large in the wall it knocked it out This year the same hole had birds in a nest in the wall They still did absolutely nothing about it! Again, the hole was still there as of my move out date We also had a sink that went bad in the kitchen, we went almost two months with no sink! They always swore they would come and didn't and had some crappy excuse on why they didn't show Last but not least, November of they hired a company to complete roofing repairs As a result of negligence my daughter's ceiling caved in her room They fired the company and never hired another months later my roof was still not repaired and we were discovering black mold upon other issues Luckily I have pictures, video and phone records of all of this because I called yesterday to request copies of all of the work orders I called in begging for the issues to be resolved and somehow they have disappeared! And they had the nerve to take all of my security deposit for things that were not a result of us And when we moved in we moved in mid month so paid a portion of the rent but full deposit They used my first month's rent and claimed that as my deposit so they didn't have to give me anything back This company is a joke, luckily I am employed by an attorney's office and am no dummy dealing with crooks such as these, and this is EXACTLY what they are...crooks and shady business people Mind you, this list does not document all of the issues we had in dealing with these people, NEVER, EVER rent from W-T Realty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
