different concernWe have have not serviced the vehicle nor heard of any further concerns until this letter as the vehicle has not been returned to us for serviceWe will gladly assist in any way possible.The NY State Lemon Law states days out of service or repair attempts for the same concernWe would suggest the customer work through Englewood Subaru to resolve any concerns or bring the vehicle back to us if they desireThe customer has every right to purse whatever course of action they would like I would suggest they contact 800-Subaruand advise them of the issues.
