I would like to give clarification regarding the complain which one of the customer has filed against our company. Her name is *** *** and she has called us on 6th July and she had some issues with her email accountWe have informed her that we are a third party technical
support company and we have nothing to do with any other brandShe understood this and we have tried to fix her problem and she has authorized us to charge her credit card ending with *** and that was a visa card. But when our billing department came to know that she is not comfortable with the services and don’t want to continue, we have not charged her card. We don’t store any kind of information with us and we provide all supporting documents which state that we are a third party technical support companyEven we provide login id and password to all the customer so that they can login to their portal and raise their issue ticket. We also have refund policy that means if any customer says he or she is not happy with the services and don’t want to continue, we ask them to give us a feedback and we refund their amountWe always focus to help customer and nothing else.
