On April 17, 2025, my company was contacted by W3 Global regarding a potential candidate, "WT", for a position we had posted online. The candidate appeared qualified, was interviewed, and we extended her a formal job offer on April 28. She accepted and began employment with us on May 14.

By June 17, we had paid $12,600 to W3 Global as part of the recruitment fee for "WT". Shockingly, on June 18, just one day after payment was made in full, "WT" informed us that she was resigning, offering little to no explanation.

This sequence of events raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the recruitment process. It appears that the candidate may never have intended to remain employed, and W3 Global has potentially facilitated a deceptive transaction. This has led us to question whether this was a pattern or possible scam where a candidate is placed briefly, the company is charged a substantial fee, and both the candidate and agency vanish from communication.

We immediately contacted W3 Global on June 19 to request either a refund or a replacement candidate to cover the role. Disappointingly, W3 Global declined both options, leaving us with a financial loss and an unfilled position.

We believe this conduct is unethical, possibly fraudulent, and falls far below professional standards for recruitment services. We are seeking a full refund of $12,600 or a qualified replacement candidate at no additional cost.

They put so much pressure on their employees and everyone in my team is looking for a way out, but since they signed a none-compete, team members told me they feel trapped. I was a lucky one because I found a way out, though I’m still recovering from my experience with them.

W3Global still owes me (earned) commissions, that haven’t been paid and yet, they are still ignoring my emails which I might have to involve the law to obtain these funds.

They also promised to give me a rase after my 1st sale. That never happened.

Most of W3Global employees are based in India, so by supporting this firm, you’re supporting India only. The employees in India seem to be very happy and they get gift payments on holidays. Whereas the US employees are feeling horrors.

My direct manager is not the person who monitors my preference. Instead, the CEO meets with all teams about once a month and start judging, screaming, and telling us how bad and lazy we are. Thinking he will push us to be more productive :(.

At W3Global, only Indian nationals get nice positions. If you are none Indian, the best position you get is sales.

For the past 4-5 weeks I have been receiving phone calls from this company consistently, at 5 in the morning all the way to 12 at night (multiple calls each day). They first called me asking for someone other than me and I had told them they have the wrong number, the guy instantly started arguing with me and telling me that I was lying and I really was the person they were asking for and I again, told him he was wrong and hung up the phone. After that, I got 5-6 more calls from that same number one after the next. Following that, I started getting phone calls from blocked numbers or numbers that were different than the original but when researching the numbers they kept coming up as the same company. I'm being harassed every day with 10-15 calls every day now calling me and telling me I need to pay them. I don't know how they got my number or who they think I am but I have told them countless times I'm not the person they're looking for and they just keep calling.
