Review: My friends and I (8 of us) were planning a bachelorette party to Vegas for the bride-to-be. We were referred to [redacted] by the brides mother. We placed a deposit of 150 each during the first week of April. Since the bachelorette party was supposed to be on May [redacted], we all paid our balance in full by the end of April. Some paid by money order and others deposited money into her TD Bank account. On May [redacted], we received a phone call from [redacted] with her asking for more money because she claimed that she was still looking for flights and needed more money from us. This raised a red flag because the trip was supposed to be 4 days away. We began asking [redacted] questions about our trip, but she was unable to provide straight forward answers. She also claimed to have booked rooms at the Bellagio, but when we called them, they had no record of us staying there. The bride then decided to cancel her bachelorette party and asked for a full refund since no flights nor hotels were booked. To date, [redacted] has only refunded $1200 and continues to avoid our phone calls. To make matters worse, [redacted] has also claimed to have moved to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, leaving us without a valid address to get in contact with her. When we went to try to settle this matter at small claims court and civil court, they were unable to follow through with the lawsuit because we had no current address for her.Consequently, my friends and I were unable to keep a bachelorette party for the bride, who got married on June [redacted] and we were scammed out of 2,856. Please help! We need a valid address and/or our money back. The least I can do is spread the word so that no one else experiences the hurt and stress that this woman has caused us!Desired Settlement: We would like the remaining balance of $2,856 and an additional $4000 for the related stress and the days that were taken off for the trip, which we lost compensation for.
