Our family recently buried our wife/motherThe funeral company used this vault company to perform their services at the cemeteryAfter our family left the graveside, one of my wife's friends came to the cemetery to leave flowers as she missed the serviceWhen she approached the grave, she witnessed a very disrespectful actOne employee was laying on the vault with his arms crossed acting as though he was deadThe other employee was above the grave taking pictures with his phoneThe funeral company was notified and called us this morning with their apologiesThis was not their faultWe were given the vault company information to contact themThe company was rude, took no blame for their employees actions and said it was a 'he said, she said' situationWe would like to warn other families about this disrespectful actWe will make sure no family or friends in our community will have to use this company in the future
