*At 3pm found out she did not bring music (my guest went home and brought music back)
*She baked my cupcakes instead of purchasing them from ***'s per contract
*She charged me $for a leaning birthday cake from ***'s that she only paid $for, and refused to give me my change
*She knocked over a candy dish and I walked up on her picking the candy up with her bare hands and putting them back in the dish
*My guest got a broom & dustpan to sweep up the candy she left all over the floor
*My guests stood outside until 3pm because she was still decorating
*4pm she was still decorating, the party was schedule was 2-6pm
*4pm the food wasn't heated & there was no dispenser to prepare drinks, per contra
