Review: I have a ceiling light fixture that has been replaced 2 times and now it is broken again. The transformer blew out before the fixture was 1yr. old. This is the 2nd time it has happened. I want my money back. This light cost cost me 467.64. I have contacted the sales rep James A[redacted] at ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### and all he will do is give me another transformer. I do not want another one. First of all this is an item that overheats , can cause a fire and has already been replaced. I do not think I should have to put up with a defective item. I called an electrical company, they have established there is no problem with my wiring breaker etc... So I think it is time to get my money back and move on with a kitchen ceiling light I can depend on. I do not want another light from this company I would like my money back please. I have been emailing back and forth for the last month with Mr. A[redacted] and he refuses to do anything for me other than put a new transformer on. I no longer want to do any business with WAC Lighting other than receiving a refund from them.Desired Settlement: This light is not safe. It is a fire hazard, the transformer has blown now so it is dead. I ant a refund of my money. They refuse to give me a credit toward another kind of lighting that does not have a transformer on it. so since they will not even try to cooperate with me and satisfy the fact that the items is defective, I just want my money back. 467.64 is total I paid for a light that did not even last one year and was replaced before the first was one yr. old also. Thank you for your assistance.

Mr. A[redacted] is an outside rep agency who doesn't work directly for WAC. We here at WAC have completed our investigation and found out that the entire monorail kit was replaced about 1 year ago. Since the customer is not satisfied with the suggestion about replacement of the transformer we will be contacting [redacted] on the process to get a full refund.

Until I do I will keep this claim open. I have heard from them, they requested the light back, I will send it. When they receive the light they state they will send me a check for the full amt of 467.64. then I will close the claim. [redacted]

We have been proactively working with the distributor Lee Lighting to have the customer credited in full. As of today 8**/15 Lee Lighting has received credit for the product which was returned by the customer. Lee Lighting will be refunding the customer in full within 7-10 days .

I received a refund check in the mail last week Thursday. Thank you Revdex.com for your help. Without it I would not have been able to obtain my refund.

Hi I had purchased 123 units of WAC HR-302M Low voltage electric fixtures. (Distributor North East Electrical Distributors, Order # [redacted]) on 07/**/12.I had installed them at my new construction about beginning this year. Ever since I had been dealing with an issue of buzzing transformers. At first I was told by WAC that it is normal buzzing, however I had hired independent electricians to verify it for me and they had confirmed for me that the noise is above what you would expect for this type of fixture. Furthermore, they had confirmed to me that all wiring had been done correctly. After multiple calls to WAC I was send to manufacturer representative, from them to distributors and than back to manufacturers. In short I was given a run around. At last, about a month ago, I was told by WAC representative that they will honor their warranty and will replace defective transformers, but I have to talk to my distributor. With that I went to distributor 3 weeks ago, apparently WAC is giving them run around now. I am, meanwhile, still waiting for replacement.
