This is the first time I have ever been motivated to review my relationship with a companyI am always the first person in line to open my mouth when something goes wrong I have no difficulty "advocating" for myself So, imagine my surprise when the first time I contact the Revdex.com, I find myself praising a company for their beautiful, pleasant and most satisfying customer serviceI probably could write a lot here, but I will try to be brief Two years ago I bought a product at *** and or months into its use, it failed completely I called W&K at the number *** gave me, talked to a most pleasant woman who actually sounded happy, and within a week a new product was at my front door Why didn't I speak up then? Because, I thought, that is what customer's deserve, and I'm not going to start giving away compliments for actions I think I deserve anywayThat is how much of a cynic I had becomeEarlier this week, I had the occasion to contact W&K again This time, in the middle of preparing dinner in my wonderful electric pressure cooker, the heating element failed Sometime Monday afternoon I sent an email to the address on the company web site and asked for direction as to what I should do next Today is Friday, and in the afternoon mail today I received a check as a refund for the full purchase price of the unit no questions askedI also received an apology for not have any remaining stock with which to replace my unit thus making the refund necessary My father used to say, once is an incident, twice is a trendAnd, I have now had two extremely pleasant experiences and I hope that this is a trend I can't say enough about how pleasant it is to be treated like a valued friend And, I can't say enough how any reluctance I ever had to buying W&K products at *** has totally gone away I am willing to bet that if I need help again, I will get it with the same great serviceI am being sincere and truthful These are my real feelings So, I am going to let it go at that because, now that I have check in hand, I have to go shopping for an electric pressure cookerThank you, Wachsmuth & Krogmann, Inc
