Hi, I looked up your order and I see your order has been deliveredHere is the tracking number: *** and link to track the package: *** I see the company that delivered the package was Royal MailSince the tracking
shows it was delivered, we are unable to file a claim for this and get any money back for you at this timeSince you claim the package was not received that would indicate the package would have been technically stolenAll we can recommend to get your money back is to file an "item not received" dispute for the transaction you made with your credit card companyThis way you get all your money backYou also have the option of filing a police report in the jurisdiction where you believe your package was stolenIf you have any further questions about this please let me know-Geoff ***

***, I have looked into your request again and it appears your package actually has been returned to our facilityIt looks like the reason for the return was that customs duty was not paidThat means Royal Mail in the UK was not contacted so government taxes could be paidSince we have the package now in our possession we would be willing to ship it to an address of your choice at no chargeIf you can provide an address to ship to we will be glad to send it out for you-Geoff ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI was unable to track the package given the tracking number they gave meAnd it was not receivedRoyal Mail told me only the sender is able to make inquiries about the parcelI told the company that and they told me they would not look into it for meFurther, when I asked for a refund then, they refused me and werent even able to retrieve my orderRegards, *** ***

To whom it may concern, the customer who started complaint [redacted] has contacted us outside of the Revdex.com through email to resolve their issue with their order. Below is the remaining correspondence we received by email. We would appreciate it if you could post any of this remaining correspondence as you see fit to the complaint as it was resolved outside the Revdex.com.
