Im a little thrown off gaurd by this complaint after I pulled the file from the last visit we had on 10/14/over a year agoThe notes that I made on my file with visit was not to make any adjustments to the piers that were installed in but just water more around the foundation in which as part of the warranty is something that the customer should do on a regular basisNow if something has made a change since then I will be more than happy to make any and all necessary adjustments requiredIf so please call the office to set this up and speak with ***Thank you

This is the first im hearing of this complaint but from what you are describing may sound like an issue with water around the house for the holes to sink down and patches to breakalso if the floor is bubbling again is mostly contributed to wateri would say to get a plumbing test done and make sure the plumbing checks out all ok and the make sure you have no water running towards the home so the holes will not continue to cave inAgain im going off what you are describing but will have to come look at it again regardless[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been waiting for over a year and a half for them to get me on and keep me on their scheduleI have been polite and patient for too longMy wood floors are being ruined by the huge hump that runs through my dining & living rooms and I have begged and pleaded for a resolutionI will not wait for a call that never comes any longerI need to get my house on the market since I have already moved to another stateI have made the owner of Waco Foundation Repair aware of thisI cannot get any response at all from him except for the canned "We are working to get you on the schedule"Just give me back my money and I will find someone else to do the work Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We are waiting patiently If you review our history, we have been nothing but patient since we first called Waco Foundation Repair in March We were promised that on June 3rd a crew would come perform the work, then we had to call to find out what happened to that date and were put off until June 9th and 10th, and still no call to let us know what was going on We waited patiently for over a month once again for someone to call us and let us know if there was a new date scheduled, and we got nothing Now, we are being asked to continue to be patient because if we are not, then we are threatened with being put at the bottom of the list We have not even been afforded the courtesy of a phone call to let us know when we can expect this to be resolved This is the most response we've had since March, and the first contact I've had with someone other than the receptionist who answers the phoneWe remain patient, but have a legitimate complaint with Waco Foundation Repair, which is why I have resorted to the Revdex.com for some sort of mediation to resolve this matter and why I once again am rejecting this response [redacted] ***

First off Mr [redacted] I need to address the fact that around the time you were calling we have been slowed down due to weather related issues and some of the jobs we have been on have taken more time than allowedwe are only so many people here and are very busy and have a lot of people that are waiting on us as wellI apologize that we sometimes cannot get to a customer as quickly as they like again we do the best we can each dayfurthermore you calling and being rude to my secretary and threating to come sit in my office all day to get some answers is uncalled for and as a business owner I will not tolerateI will do everything in me to get you on schedule by end of week for sureAlso I have gone through your file and for some reason I do not have the proper warranty paperwork when you bought this house from the [redacted] so please forward over to me as soon as possible I hope that they did not just tell you it had a warranty and it was just transferred when you purchased it? Please get that to [redacted] at office and I will have you a date by Fridaythank you

9/11/17- Mr [redacted] first of all Waco Foundation did not contract ANY work with you personally nor have you made any type of payments to Waco Foundation repairThis contract was originally done for Mr [redacted] and [redacted] is the owner now and the limited warranty was transferred to her not youWaco Foundation Repair fully intends on backing up any warranty issue that falls within guidelines of warranty but also does NOT have to take verbal threats and social media harassment from anyone just because we were not going to be able to make it out to a job site because we were held up on another and when you call and threaten and make demands to my secretary Waco Foundation Repair will not respond to this and will take full lagal action towards harassing phone calls and social media contactSo going forward I will only speak or communicate with [redacted] in regards to any and all warranty related issues with this home and we be happy to re-schedule with herSo if she will contact our office we will gladly set her up on a day that works best for herPLease do not contact this office again and I have instructed my staff to only deal with Ms [redacted] in regards to this home Thank you

I was unaware of a billing issue with this job or at least it was never brought to my attentionI know that we did do some additional work in which Mr [redacted] had signed a change order form for this work and amount that was to be paid and he did soI will have my office call today to set up appointment to visit the job for next week sometime due to the fact that I have been in and out of office with a death in my family and have been dealing with this for the past monthThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: At this point we can't accept or reject his response because we still don't know if he's actually going to show up to do the work He's already been a no show twice We want to know exactly what his company is going to do We've asked repeatedly for an explanation of the scope of work they plan to do And have not received anything in response The only reason we know anything about the June 16th date is because of what Revdex.com sent us He has yet to contact us about that date (which is ANOTHER month later now) and see if this date will work for us Regards, [redacted]

Mr ***-My apologies to you for our schedule being so far behind in which is the case. first it was all the rain and now it has been previous jobs that are taking more time than allow for. we strive to do our best and take care of each customer personally and fully intend to back any warranty we... put in place. as you stated I have spoke to you personally but like I said I fully intend on taking care of this its just I need you along with many others to be patient with our schedule due to us just be over loaded and only have so many people working and so much daylight during the day. again I fully intend to take care of and will be in touch with you as soon as we can get out. thank you. Mr [redacted] I will be more than happy to come look at thisI cannot control concrete from cracking and I believe we have had several conversations in regards to thisIt has been a few years and I know that since we did your job there has been massive flooding that not only you but a lot of my customers have experienced problems that are not at fault by poor workmanshipI cannot control mother nature and that I do know when that job was done it was satisfactory to my knowledge a few years backI will be more than happy to take a look to see if there is a solution on my end I am a few weeks on booked with appointments so let me know a good timeThank you
