This truck was sold "as-is" with no warranties and was thoroughly inspected by the buyer before leaving the facility Even though it was sold "as-is", Waco Freightliner paid for engine repairs in Tyler and a 5th wheel replacement in Texarkana out of goodwill to the customer Waco Freightliner will not be participating in any further repair costs

I am rejecting this response because:
they did not fix the oil leak that was behind turbo that I pointed out to Lance before I bought the truck and he said it would probably be a oil line  I took him at his word that they fixed it but they did not and on THEIR USED TRUCK INSPECTION FORM > Every item  has a ck mark by it . EXCEPT ITEM # 10  WHICH IS OIL LEAKS  it seems they skipped it   I did not know that they had not fixed it till I had it in the local shop here and was having over head run on engine that is when I found out it ws not fixed .
