Dear *** I understand you are handling my complaint. I have never had to do anything like this before, and I feel like there is some very relevant information that I did not provide in my original complaint
First of all, the Advisor's name with Waddell & Reed that
initiated the sale of my Portfolio without telling me that was what was going to happen was Michelle E***Believe me, if I had been told something like that I would have understood, and immediately nixed any such undertaking
There is a sheet of information given to me by an accountant I hired last March to help me file my taxes. This shows where the irregularities occurred with the sale of my Portfolio by *** *** Advisors. I would like it included in this proceeding as well
Even if there are no irregularities found with the sale of the Portfolio, I believe there may be some losses from the sale of some of the Bonds that had recently been purchased by *** *** Advisors on my behalf. A big part of the problem I believe is the fact that I am unfamiliar with the stock market, but that does not mean that I am stupid, however. I know that with some of the Bonds there are things like "front-end loads" and "back-end loads." If I took a loss on these, I hold Waddell & Reed responsible. I DID NOT WANT MY PORTFOLIO SOLD. My father put it together. I thought we would talk about what needed to be sold once the Portfolio got TRANSFERRED. This is not what happened
I have not heard a word from Waddell & Reed. I will obtain legal counsel if necessary
