In response Mr *** we will not we be refunding him for services rendered it's not the company's falt for disposing paper towels down the septic we don't live there! Yes we was there for apx minutes it doesn't take long when the waste line is only feet long with clean outs (your ports) like I said iam sorry but we have set prices we charge and if you was not happy with our services eleven months ago then you should of called another plumberWe have been a established business since if we break something we replace it at no charge iam sorry for your loss but Iam almost positive your friend does not have a plumbing license our are credentials you wanted a professional you have one as far as the man at the door that was no employee it was me the third generation of waddells plumbing sincerely*** ***
