This Funeral service has yet to provide death certificates for my brother *** My brother passed away on March 8 2017. He was cremated by Waddell's Funeral Directors. We paid for an addition 5 death certificates and they have not been provided. The Waddell's Funeral Directors has been contacted twice regarding this service, They admit it is an error on their part and the death certificates would be provided by the end of the week. This has been occurring for 3 months.
To whom it may concern:This is in response to a complaint that you received about our business on 06/15/2017, ID- *** The Customer has been contacted and given the copies that were paid for on June 22,2017. However, the customer informed me that some information is incorrect. Therefore, when the amended copies return, we will forward to the customer.Sincerely,Andre' J
