Mr. [redacted] a sample of our Heartgard puppy kit. On the 15th of July our Clinic called Mr. [redacted] to follow up on how Meadow was doing and he informed us that she was doing really good and he was very pleased. Two weeks later Mr. [redacted] brought Meadow in for her first round of boosters on July 24th and then again on August 21st for her second round. The week of August 24th Mr. [redacted] called the Clinic to see if he could get a 1 year supply of heart worm prevention. One of our technicians explained to Mr. [redacted] that we do not recommend purchasing a year supply for puppies like Meadow, especially since she is a Retriever mix and will be growing a lot this year. As puppies grow the dosage amount needs to change as they get bigger through the year. At this time the technician also informed Mr. [redacted] that we did not have the brand of heart worm prevention that he was wanting, but that the Clinic was willing to make special allowances for him to purchase a comparable product for the same price. The technician also explained how our clinic will match 1-[redacted] prices when clients bring a copy of the current advertised price with the 1-[redacted] information on it, which can be found online.Mr. [redacted] came in on August 26th to purchase the medication for Meadow, but the advertisement he brought was for a different company than 1-[redacted], so we were unable to match the price for him. He did however decided to go ahead and purchase Heartgard for the month at that time.
I took my dog into this office for vaccinations and were not allowed to see Ms. [redacted] ever ,only saw a vet tech.She took my dogs temp,gave her a shot on first visit. In the 3 visits we did not see the vet at all, not one time !! The tech gave my dog an oral medication on the first two visits.,She threw them up within two minutes while driving home.The heartworm medication was a entire ripoff.There are several complaints about this so called animal clinic due to this medication.How they stay in business ill never know.I have reported them to RIPOFF .COM which I am a member. Good luck in staying in business.I really do wish you well. I am not proud in doing this to them.I hope that they learn a lesson from this. [redacted].
