I am rejecting this response because:I never disputed the facts, nor the documentation., although when I brought my truck in the last time, Linda did write down my complaint wrong. I also don't expect anybody to be responsible for upkeep of my vehicles, besides myself. What I am disputing is the horrible customer service, and the convenient fact of my truck breaking immediately after putting it into 4wd, when it was in your shop less than 30 days prior. I bring the truck in, the seal is replaced and then my transmission goes out. I bring the truck back in, the seal is replaced, then my transfer case goes out. Every time I've brought my truck in, something unrelated breaks. I've had no problems bringing it back in, because the service managers have always been helpful in repairs. This last time, I was treated horribly, talked down to, and belittled, by your newest service manager. When I call and leave a message with the general manager for [redacted] himself to contact me back regarding the issue, I am completely ignored. I have tried MANY forms of communication, and have only been shut down without response. I have, on voicemail, where the service manager ADMITS that my fluids may have been low, and rudely told me it wasn't their responsibility. I also have pictures of the leaking. How, when I brought my truck into this dealership for a LEAK, are you not responsible for topping off that leaked fluid? That's like asking for new tires, but not putting air in them. A transmission flush, but not putting fluid back in the transmission. It's a shame you choose to do business this way, considering I was a customer before you even owned this business. I guess good customer service is a thing of the past. Also, my father being the service manager is COMPLETELY irrelevant to the situation at hand, as he was no longer employed through you when the problem occurred this last time. Linda was your service manager.
