There was a warranty issue that needed to be done
Cody and Lance were very patient with my concerns and the problem was fixed 100%!
I say 100% as it withstood hurricane Matthew and for that I am very grateful

NIGHTMARE! This company is horrificI WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEMFirst, I was lied to about the first home I had under contract with them for monthsThey kept saying there were minor delays in beginning construction which turned in to they could not begin building until the property had unsettled issues resolvedThen we cancelled that contract and entered a new one on a seperate property by Wade Jurney homes, which was a huge nightmareFirst, I was lied to about completion date as well as closing dateBoth were changed several timesFast forward to closing day, the property manager that was supposed to do my walk through did NOT turn on nor explain that there is an oitside fuse to the heating and cooling system that needed to be turned on before it would actually work, so I ran my system for nearly months without knowing until it got really hot outside and my house was not cooling downWhich led me to a nearly $power bill and a system that has possibly lost years off its life due to not being explained everything like I was promisedNow that I have personally found the fuse and turned the system on my power bill is no higher than $see the issue here?? Wade Jurney also messed up my plumbing, the hot and cold lines were crossed in the master bathroom shower, my dining room chandelier did not work and it took a month for them to fix it, my walls are not straight, when you put a level to them it cannot sit flat on the wall because they are wavy, my vinyl siding has bubbles and waves all in it, my garage had trim that was wavy and not fully attached, the fan cover in one bathroom was not fully attached, the living room fixture only half way works, there are several problems in the drywall where it was not sanded properly and paintedUnhappy to say the leastI will never buy another house from Wade Jurney homes and I hope others do not waste their time with them eitherOh and Leslie in the Gastonia NC office is nothing but a lier
Some of these issues have been corrected by their contractors now months laterand I am still waiting on some, or rather most of these things to be fixed

I had a negative final walk through on my closing date. Wade Jurney decided to send out someone with little or no experience with doing the final walk through and closing. He offered to have the closing date changed over 5 times, he did not docurment any of my concerns. My dad helped to do the final touch-ups in the house. I went to the orientation on that Wednesday and place so many tape marks all over the house. When I got there on Friday, there wasn't very much of those items corrected. I feel as though I wasted my time on Wednesday. I also took the entire day off on that Friday just to be offered to change the closing date to another day. I filed a Revdex.com complaint as well as completed a survey stating that I was unhappy with my final walk through and closing. Noone at Wade Jurney reached out to me. This is so frustrating. Also, the numbers that are posted in my home for plumbing is not the correct number for service. I am in graduate school and have no time to jump through all of these hoops. I now have to try to figure out how I am supposed to submit a request online.
