This letter is in response to your letter dated March 8, (copy attached), with reference to Complaint ID # ***;in relation to a delivery made by by one of our trucks on February 20, to a Mobil gas station at Gray and North Goodman Streets in Rochester, NY. With
regards to the complaint, Wadhams notes that the delay in our truck entering and servicing the Mobil station at this location was caused directly by the illegally parked vehiclethat prevented our truck from making its intended and previously made, delivery to that station, Moreover, the fact that it was an illegally parked car that caused the issue is both referenced and acknowledged by the Complainant in your submittal to WadhamsWith respect to the "Desired Settlement" that Wadhams re-route it's vehicles, Wadhams submits that access to the tank fills at that particular station must be accessed by our delivery trucks utilizing the route at issueWadhams further submits that as the Mobil station is located in that neighborhood, Wadham's has no option but to deliver to its customer where it's customer is located. Finally, Wadhams submits by way of additional response that but for the acknowledged illegally parked car that blocked our required access to the station to service our customer, there very likely would have been no complaint filedIf you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,  [redacted] It can not be determined if this complaint would've been filed if the illegal car was not parked there. Further, I don't believe the truck driver saw the vehicle until the very last minute thus avoiding an accident. Lastly, trucks transporting volatile items such as gasoline should have alternate routes during inclement weather or situations as I have noted.
