I did locate a "*** ***" and the dates match up with *** *** datesIt appears "*** ***" has been refunded $on 3/21/2016, and two other orders are currently under Chargebacks as of 4/28/2016, in which case, it is no longer in our hands, but the chargeback division and her bankUntil the customer can provide documentation stating she has lost the chargeback case, we cannot refund anything else.
