Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2017/01/02) */ We have offered the customer a refund they said they still wanted their truck and not a refund .we told them they would get it as soon as we can get it complete... we've had many issues with it and are trying to take care of them now.

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2016/08/26) */ As you can tell by what the customer himself stated, this was a very small build that they wanted and the price was quoted as to the work to be done, which as per contract it isThe customer wanted to make changes to the job after we started it and a couple different verbal agreements were madeThe customer then called out of the blue and said that he had a delivery company coming to pick up the truck without any notice, we accommodated him by having the truck ready at last minute and even meeting their delivery guyThey have a lot more value than the [redacted] they paid for this food truck build and I also agreed to let them keep the truck they wanted to trade in on this buildIf I refunded them any money then I would be paying for building their food truck myself

We are working on a refund and have another customer trying to get financing for the trailer
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2017/05/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Mr***'s
response that he "is working on a refund" that ostensibly would come from revenue from another customer is 1.) the same response he gave us on October 13, November 9, and December of 2016; and 2.) irrelevant to the issue at handI do, however, appreciate that he has again acknowledged that a refund is in order
Good faith is the cornerstone of resolving these types of issuesI am not inclined to accept that Mr***'s response is made in good faith, as this is the fourth time he's made the same excuseThere comes a point where "I'm working on it" isn't good enoughWe passed that point about six months agoMr*** has shown via text messages, emails, phone calls, and most importantlyactionsthat he is not operating in good faithI have no reason to believe that this response illustrates a sincere or genuine intention to complete a refund
Additionally, Mr***'s response is irrelevantIt is nebulous at best, and the implication that my refund is conditional upon his ability to raise sufficient revenue from someone else, whose ability to raise sufficient revenue via financing effectively makes my repayment based on the financial stability of an unknown, third party who has nothing to do with the original arrangement with Mr***It is immaterial and unacceptable
There is one acceptable resolution to this case: A refund of *** Mr*** can repay these funds by Monday, May 22, and we will consider the matter concludedShould May 22, come and go without funds wired to my bank account (he has the bank information; I've sent it to him several times), we will seek the *** plus additional damages, loss of revenue, legal fees, and interest via legal means immediately thereafter
Thank you, Revdex.com, for your efforts to help resolve this situationI have logs and content of phone calls, text messages, and emails that bolster the validity of this complaint
Sincerely,
*** ***

That's what we are doing as stated before

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/11/14) */
The customer was informed many times of problems we ran into with his vehicle that he brought to us, the entire floor had to be replaced which was not included in the original agreement among other repairs that had to be madeThis customer
did not have full payment and wanted to work on payments made per month, to this day there is still a balance owed of over *** for the work that has been completed
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/11/14) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The floor was upgraded on the advice of the owner *** He told me our flooring would not pass the health inspectionWe were told that the hood fan did not come in only after asking several times on the status of the truckWe were told everything was completed on the truck except the hood several weeks agoThis was a blatant lieAll you get with this individual are excuses and liesThere is a reason they lost their Revdex.com accreditation
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2016/11/16) */
We did inform the customer that the floor had to be replacedWe have never lied about anything, the hood and fan were not in and they had the option of purchasing it from somewhere else but decided to waitEverything was complete on the truck per the agreement except the hood and fan and we only needed one more day to complete the remainder but they would not wait because they had made appointments, like many others have in the past when they we clearly advised not to until we were completeWe will not respond anymore to this complaint as we have stated what happened and this customer will not be satisfied unless they get something for nothingI'm sure we are not the only business they have tried to get out of payingThe accreditation is of no interest to us due to the fact that there are types of customers out there, the ones that do their research and know what they want and pay for it and the ones that do not do and try to get a free rideWe have over a hundred satisfied customers that are operating and making money and also repeat buyers

It has been "out for delivery " for weeksI have asked for the work order and the delivery company name and numberCollins delivery I was told out of Huntington IndianaTryed looking it up doesn't seem to existHe will not give me a number to contact the said delivery company
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2017/03/06) */
Customer has been told numerous times he can come and pick up his truck he wanted it delivered but had a set price he wanted to pay for delivery we could not find anybody to do it for that price he agreed to pay a little more now we have a delivery company that has the truck out for delivery

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/03/22) */
He was offered many times by email, text and phone that he can pickup his truck but must pay the adjusted balanceWe would just like him to pick up his truck and pay his balance as we have discussed
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have tried many times to pick up the truckthis option was NEVER providedPlans were always made for future dates and NEVER complied with
months after the initial contract for a "TWO WEEK JOB" I want my money back

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2017/01/04) */
I had explained to him multiple times that everything was sent back with his truck we have looked all over the shop and the guys that worked on his truck specifically remember them being inside the truck when he took itHe still owes ***
plus an additional *** for flooring we had doneEverything on the contract was done and he just refuses to pay
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2017/01/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This email (below) is a total contradiction of the business response as *** clearly states that the legs were never thereNow someone remembers they were in the truckThe lies just go on and onI contracted *** to install the equipment in my food truck for *** with an additional *** for flooringThis was to be completed in weeksAfter weeks and *** in payment the Truck was incomplete so I took it backIt is going to cost me *** to complete and fix the shoddy work done Freedom Food Truck so I am losing money on this along with the months of lost revenue

Mr *** wanted to have this truck built and then changed his mind after about weeks but then stated he would like to offer us a
bonus to get it done sooner than agreed, I told him we could not do that due to things beyond our controlI have purchased many items and have labor involved in his truck build that he wanted and am now working on refunding him which now he is wanting any truck I can give himAfter speaking with my attorney, we are working on a settlement letter to protect us both from any future legal issuesThis is not the first time someone has entered into an agreement with us and then changed their mind after we have so much invested in it already, then they decide they can't pay for it, don't want it or a number of other reasons, we being a small company work off of the deposits we receive and if someone wants out of their agreement we try our best to make it happen in as timely manner as possibleI wonder how it would be if I hired mr *** to do some work for me and then after he started I asked for my money back, and expected a full refund without any consideration for the time and material he already had invested
OFFER:
We are working on the details of a settlement at this time

We provided all that was agreed upon in the agreement which clearly states we were not providing a generator or inverter but it would be ready for eitherThe wiring was all tested before it left (each circuit), I believe they must have got a
generator that only supples 120v instead of 220vAs I agreed I will provide an extra seat as we did misplace it somehow and also we will reimburse for the cost of locksmith, we just need to have the receiptsFor the amount of work that was done and the equipment and materials supplied (receipts all available)the *** was a very good dealI am very sorry they are not happy and find it hard to believe due to the fact that they kept saying how nice it looked when they came to pick it up and also as we sent pictures as it was being completedAs for the LED light I specifically showed the PUCK lights to them when they were here and they agreed that they would be the best way to go since they were not sure where certain items would be hanging and could place these lights wherever they wanted
