We have offered the customer a refund they said they still wanted their truck and not a refund .we told them they would get it as soon as we can get it complete... we've had many issues with it and are trying to take care of them now.

The customer then called out of the blue and said that he had a delivery company coming to pick up the truck without any notice, we accommodated him by having the truck ready at last minute and even meeting their delivery guy. They have a lot more value than the [redacted] they paid for this food truck build and I also agreed to let them keep the truck they wanted to trade in on this build. If I refunded them any money then I would be paying for building their food truck myself.

He was offered many times by email, text and phone that he can pickup his truck but must pay the adjusted balance. We would just like him to pick up his truck and pay his balance as we have discussed.

I have tried many times to pick up the truck. this option was NEVER provided. Plans were always made for future dates and NEVER complied with.
4 months after the initial contract for a "TWO WEEK JOB" I want my money back
