Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been calling cobra wage works for over two months about getting the two checks sent to them after my coverage ended and I keep getting the same story over and over again that they sent the checks out or lately they need it my change of address I want to the BB&T bank and the manager faxed my change of address right to them and they received it the same day I call back the next week like they told me to and still didn't receive the check the manager I spoke to from wage works said that they received the fax but there was nothing requiring A refund that's the reason I sent my address change so they can send my last two checks of $each back to me the check dated December 23, $check # [redacted] and check dated January 25, $check number [redacted] A total amount of $which hasn't been sent back to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***
