After having several conversations via phone, text, email and Skype with the company owner I purchased a prior breeder dog from which was the age of three years and months old Upon complete checkup by a veterinarian, it was learned that she had level 3-out of possible subluxating patellae as well as severe otitis media (ear infection) These issues were in no way disclosed prior to purchase and the company's "One Year Health Guarantee" was never provided nor signed prior to purchase These medical issues were known or should have been known by the owner and their failure to disclose is unconscionable I requested a refund of half the purchase price but was declined Potential buyers beware
