They called me with my 5lb cat cut twice and bleedingNever said take her to their vet and they would payI took her to Killeen Vet where she was sedated and sewn upI was leaving on a trip and was forced to board her so she could have her sutures removedArgued with the owner whi charged me for the grooming fee after the groomer told me repeatedly I would not br chargedHad me sign a piece of paper saying I had to pay if no vet was seenHorrible personPaid only out of a responsibility I would have had to find a vet in Chicago to have stitches removed and pay again This was their responsibility not mine
