Wagmarlove Online Music store

I purchased 4 movies dvds from Wagmarlove online music store, and I paid $50.27 with my TD bank debit card through Paypal. They took the money from my account, and never sent anything. I called numerous times and I always got some a voice message.

I left messages and never received any response. I emailed them and no response. Finally, I contacted Paypal and submitted a claim. Wagmarlove finally responded asking for my contact information which was a ploy because at check out I submitted my shipping address.

To make the long story short, Wagmarlove finally sent one movie out of 4 movies and a pen thinking that they can shut me up for their lack of customer service. I did not open the movie, and did not touch their stupid pen. It's ashamed for Haitian to still think that they still can function like they are in Haiti (dysfunctional.)

This business is very unethical. If a customer buys something from you and you don't have it available, you should be honest and state it's "out of stock." You should not pocket someone's money and say nothing about it like it's yours. You should learn good business ethics.

Give the customer a choice of refund or substituting the items with other choices. You should learn how to communicate. This is America. Remember that. Your location is in NY. I'll find a way to bring your movie, your gift pen, and my receipt for a full refund. This is ridiculous. No one should buy from you. Order #3681and was placed in February 27

Review: Order Number: 1986 A CD was never delivered as promised. 3 CDs was purchased from the online store. Two were mailed but the other never arrived. Seller was contacted in multiple occasions. Seller claimed that the other CD was out of stock. I have not received the package nor a refund. -Desired Settlement: I have been waiting for over 5 months from a response from the seller. I have not heard from him and a refund was never issued.

Review: On September **, 2013 I ordered 3 CD's from the wagmarlovemusicstore.net website. I received two cd's but not the other one. I emailed the contact information I found on the website on September ** and was informed that the missing cd was no longer in stock and would I like either a refund or buy another cd. I requested a refund of the cd which was $10.21. I emailed again on September ** about my refund, I was told that the refund was being worked on the same day. On October *, I emailed again about my refund and was told I would be refunded this afternoon. I emailed again on October **, and no response was given. My order number is #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would just like my refund of $10.21 due to one of the cd's I ordered not being in stock.
