We are fully aware of Mr [redacted] s complaint, however there is still an open permit with the city of MarlinThis job is not considered to be closed untill the city inspector has gone out and passed inspection on this jobInspection was called in on December 9, 2015, we have called every week since this time to get an updat on inspectionTo this day it has not been doneI have made several calls to the City Manager Mr[redacted] and still have not gotten any additional information to why this inspection has been dragging out so longWe will be more than happy to help Mr [redacted] out with a resolution to this issue but we can not move forward untill this city permit has been closed outThank you, [redacted]

Customer called on October 18, 2017, we issued a refund that day for the full amount of $198.00. I have attached a copy of the return receipt that shows the refund to the card that was charged twice. We also emailed the customer a copy of the refund receipt as well as copies of both receipts where...
they were accidentally charged twice. We explained in great detail to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] that the money has left our account and that the refund was on it was. Mrs. [redacted] was very combative on the phone and would not listen to my CSR long enough to hear any important information we were trying to give them. The issue is resolved on out end, we refunded the money within the hours of the call placed to us. That is the time we noticed her card was ran twice, we apologized and emailed her all the info for her records. This issue is resolved.
