My comment is in regard to Wagner Motorsports on Plantation Street I was not going to file a complaint with Wagner Motorsports directly since this information would not likely be passed ** since it is directed at the current management (Michael ***) I am a Finance professional with over years of experience and understand the importance of professionalism, patience, and customer service After trying to contact Wagner management two times and not receiving any feedback I decided to submit a review on the Revdex.com site
Two years ago I brought my motorcycle in for service at Wagner Motorsports and was happy with the quality of work as well as the diversity of products It was a simple tire change and brake replacement so not much to go by When I called a year later in regards to getting an inspection sticker on Wednesday June 1st I was told if I arrived before 5:I would be all set When I left work early and arrived at 5:on the following Thursday there were no stickers left I understand it was the beginning of the month and the number of stickers allotted is not under the dealerships control When I stopped into the dealership the following Saturday morning I understood it would be busier and I would need to be patient The person at the front desk managing the order of the stickers was a grumpy man whom I had never seen before This representative didn't keep track of the order in which people showed up or just didn't care, didn't take any information, and did not ask for my registration His response was, "There are a few ahead of you" and waived me off When the first customer that showed up after me got a sticker I said to myself no big deal, people make mistakes After three customers that showed up after me got stickers I complained to Michael *** who was physically putting the stickers on the bike and his response was, "I don't pick the order" basically denying any responsibility and that "I needed to talk to the guy inside." As I was waiting to talk to the person inside who was trying very hard not to make any eye contact, a fourth person that showed up after me got a sticker and when I complained to Michael he responded "Calm the *** down" At the time I didn't know that Michael was the GM for the site I don't think I was out of line to say something after waiting nearly two hours and while being passed ** for the fourth time I was agitated, I did not use profanity nor did I raise my voice This experience has left a bad very bad impression and while I like the quality of products in the dealership, under the current management I will not return nor will consider buying a motorcycle at Wagner Word of mouth is a big deal in this industry Also other people that were showing up after me kept saying to me, "You're still here?" so again by me speaking up I don't think I was out of line I don't appreciate being taken advantage of as a result of bad management and customer service skills It is near impossible to find someone above Michael *** to respond to and I have never received as much as a phone call back never mind an apology

My Indian Chief Vintage has had different problems since I bought it in September
WMS service department has only keep the records that they wanted on these problems
I have done everything by the Lemon Law book and Wagner Motor Sports refuses to honor it
my bike was in and out of the shop for a shimmy
It's been in for a Shimmy, Short circuit, Oil Leak, Wagner Motor Sports has had my bike for weeks going on weeks and because I expressed wanting a replacement bike no one is allowed to call me or e-mail me as to the status of my bikeMy wife has called, and they have been nasty and rude to herAt one time I caught the owner in a lieHe said my bike was fixed and ready to pick upWhen I went there to pick it up it was still sitting there all apart
They made me wait 4+ hrs then said they will deliver it when it was doneI drove miles one way to sit around for 4+ hrs

I live in NJ and drove close to hours one way to Audi of SHREWSBURY in Maine to go see the vehicle that started all this fussI called the day before to make sure the car a RSwas still available, during the call the salesman Fabricio M*** convinced me to leave a down payment on the carI was a bit apprehensive at first as I don't like to share sensitive credit infoover the phoneFabricio assured me the downpayment was 100% refundable and I had nothing to worry about, that there dealership was a great establishment and had a bunch of great reviewsetc.etcSo I put dollars on my cardMy visit was the next day, Sunday 6/12/I test drove the car got back to dealer where I chatted with salesman Fabricio M***During our conversations he disclosed to me that the car needed new brakes and that Audi couldn't sell that
