I want to give a HUGE shout out to Tom Wagner, Blake (gas fitter) and the gang for their impeccable work on our home the past few days!
I am truly blown away by their quality of service, their integrity and their exceptionally reasonable prices
I hate saying it, as a *** home owner doing full house renovations I have come across more companies that are primarily male trying to take advantage of me financially using fear tactics to get me to go with their overpriced quotes, the dreaded "mansplaining" or emotional bullying
Well not Wagner!
I spent close to a month trying to find a company to replace my furnace, hot water tank and install an air conditioning unit
Wagner not only came in with the lowest quote but also the best quality product and honest advice to help in my decision makingAbsolutely no pressure sales tactics!! That's been a first for me!
I was completely impressed!
They treated me with respect and were upfront about what was my responsibility and theirs
In the past two years they have been the ONLY sub contractors I have hired that came in did the job and there was no surprises nor "additional charges"!! They even saw a fire damper issue that could be problematic down the line and solved it at no additional chargewhat!!! Who does that?? Wagner!!!
I really hope anyone that considers using this company goes for itNever have I been this happy with the service I have received!
I can't thank them all enough and especially Tom for answering all my questions and being patient as well as super informative during our decision of who to go with
