towards that amount. She completed our questionnaire and my office spent time preparing her case for filing. We ran her credit reports and approved her to take the credit counseling class. When we did those two tasks, we spent $58 towards those out of pocket costs. When [redacted] came in to review and sign the documents, the first item for discussion was payment of the fees and [redacted] stated that she believed the fees should be less than what I was telling her. Once it became clear that [redacted] was not going to back down on her demand for lower fees, the legal relationship was terminated. After [redacted] eventually left the office, the remainder of her retainer was immediately refunded to her. Thus, she was reimbursed $248 and was not charged anything more than the two, above-mentioned out of pocket charges. I just receive the 242.00 back , but like I said I provided my own credit report, and I also paid for my on line class. I have proof.
