Purchased a picture download for my child. I cannot access it on the website even though it's already paid for and it only will allow me to buy more! Customer service is apparently not working even though it is within their stated hours and days open! I hope I haven't been duped!

only if Wagner Portrait Group does mail my correct pictures to me and does send my son’s correct picture to his school to replace the wrong picture for the yearbook.

I communicated with the customer on 12/1. As the pictures were photographed without her requested background, I...

offered to print the package she had paid for and refund the cost ($5) paid toward the colored background. She also has the option of letting her son go to retakes on 12/4. She informed me that her son had a bruise on his face, so her decision would be dependent on whether or not the bruise had cleared up. At this stage we are waiting to hear back from our customer so that we can move forward to whichever acceptable solution she requests.
As to the customer's claim that she emailed us several times, we have searched our systems, and located only one email received on Monday 11/30.
