Wagner’s Carnival

My two children rode their Alien Abduction ride this evening in Humble, TX when in the middle of the ride the entire thing shut down and trapped my two children inside along with many others.
When I asked the operator if there was an emergency exit he said no. The employees had to spin the ride manually for the door to come line up but then they couldn’t even open it.
The operator started panicking and I started to raise my voice to get my child out of there.
After 10 minutes the ride turned back on and the door opened. All of the kids came out crying along with my youngest child.
This was her first time riding rides that were for older children since she is now tall enough only to be traumatized over the entire incident.
The ride was pitch black inside and everyone inside didn’t know what was going on only to be in darkness for that long not knowing what was happening.
The only one who apologized was the actual operator of the ride wearing a beanie.
Another man wearing a tan colored button up, blue shaded glasses and a hat with somewhat curly hair thought the entire incident was funny along with two other employees.
Very unprofessional to train employees to treat customers in such a time of panic with no care.
I went and explained what had just happened in a very irate manner at the carnival office just for the woman to tell me to go find her husband to complain to. Getting ran all over the carnival to get only one person who actually apologized for the entire incident. We were only there for an hour and 4 $30 wristbands were purchased just for our entire outing to be ruined because of what just happened.
