HelloThis was the first I had heard of the complaint and to be truthful, this was a [redacted] window job They have their own service department that would have to be the people addressing this issue Had I known the full details of this problem I would have contacted [redacted] 's Service Department and requested a service call from them I am here days a week and have been for years I have not had any contact with this person until she brought me back the sash I was not even aware she needed a service request I do not think she followed up with us in regards to it Also the guarantee she speaks of is on the workmanship of the product, not the actual product That again would be something the manufacture would warrant over and her warranty is now expired anyway Thanks for contacting usI hope to get this resolved Kelly
