This a response to the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] * [redacted] In my father, Jack DWagner, P.L.S., provided a boundary survey of the Mr [redacted] 's grandmothers landAt that time the property was surveyed, corners were set and property lines were markedA plat of the survey was also provided at that time.In our firm was contacted to check for the corners and reset the corners where necessaryA new plot plan was not necessary and was not requested as part of the scope of workThe corners were checked and reset as necessary at that time and the scope of work was satisfied.I talked to Mr [redacted] on Thursday, May 5, and explained the scope of workI told him could provide a copy of the original plat from He stated that he already had a copy of said platThrough our conversation we both agreed that the scope of work had indeed been satisfied and this complaint is no longer valid.If you have any questions please contact me.Sincerely,Alan CWagner, P.L.S

MrWagner surveyed my Grandmothers land about or more years ago and never provided us with any maps of his survey And we could not find any bills from him in my grandmothers papers after she passed away So she never did see how the survey she requested turned out I have tried several times to get the paper work from MrWagner over the past several years and have not had any success I also inquired about a bill for his services and still nothing I have talked to him directly a few times Mostly I have left messages Usually not returned

also provided at that time.In 2013 our firm was contacted to check for the corners and reset the corners where necessary. A new plot plan was not necessary and was not requested as part of the scope of work. The corners were checked and reset as necessary at that time and the scope of work was satisfied.
I talked to Mr. [redacted] on Thursday, May 5, 2015 and explained the scope of work. I told him could provide a copy of the original plat from 1996. He stated that he already had a copy of said plat. Through our conversation we both agreed that the scope of work had indeed been satisfied and this complaint is no longer valid.
