Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]It does not surprise me regarding the ignorance and mentality of this business in Santa Fe There are statements that are just not true, but they threw inwhatever junk they could think of.The statement that I did not know who they were, most likely was because, "Klipper's Pet Salon" got into this dispute Apparently it was called, Klipper's before, "Wags," and had very bad reviews I did not know about either company; my daughter had taken our dachshund there once before, but only to bebathed I don't live in New Mexico and was not familiar with either business(This should clear up the misunderstanding that they claim I did not knowwho they were). The employee, who answered the phone, when I asked what they would charge to groom our dachshund, quoted me $ If she had quoted $anhour, as she is stating, I would not have had them groom our dog The business is also claiming that I hung up on them when asked if he was being brushed;I never hung up on them I did not tell them my daughter was neglecting the dog and never sent pictures to the business.I'm an educated person and not crude and I do not use foul language It is a direct lie that they claim I used profanity But again, it shows the ignorance of who I am dealing with.It is none of this companies business where or if we put our dog in a show His parents won many awards for being show dogs There are shows for altered dogs and our dog was a beautiful longhaired dachshund before this employee ruined his coat They even shaved his neck His tail is just starting to grow back but stillis deformed and also undercoat still deformed from legs to belly His sides are bushy and back is flat from cutting This company has accused us as scamming and has made threats I have sent papers in, as this is extortion on the part of this business to make these threats

We responded to American Express Her original complaint with American Express was that she didn't who we were We responded that we provided the service She was never quoted $for the service We told her it was $per hour and it's prorated above that She was charged $plus tax for a total of $ When we got the first notification from American Express I called the number we had, which was her daughter Her daughter immediately told me that it was her mother's American Express and to talk to her and she gave me her number I called and left a message and she called back She talked to me and then my business partner and told her, "I'm [redacted] not paying you." My partner told her that she told us she saw the pictures of the dog and he looked great She responded by saying, yes, he did look great for the first three weeks My partner asked are they continuing to brush the dog and the she hung up on my partner. Her story changed with American Express The second notification we got from them she said the dog was a show dog, which is not true The dog is a neutered male, which cannot be shown He's a pet When her daughter brought in the dog it was completely matted and we did not cut the coat at all We dematted the dog The only part we clippered was by his penis as we were not going to pull on his penis to demat the coat and sensitive boy parts When she made the appointment she admitted the dog had been neglected by her daughter and needed major grooming The first time we saw this dog was September 12, and then he came in on November 8, 2016, over a year between groomings for us In fact, her daughter sent her pictures of the dog after the groom she called and said he looked great and everything was fine The service was provided and she did not contest the charges until January when the service was provided in November I am attaching all our documentation with American Express and also our client card with our notes regarding this matterWe provided the service and do not believe we should have to refund any moneySusan P***

We responded to American Express.  Her original complaint with American Express was that she didn't who we were.  We responded that we provided the service.  She was never quoted $45 for the service.  We told her it was $65 per hour and it's prorated above that.  She was...

charged $65 plus tax for a total of $70.40.  When we got the first notification from American Express I called the number we had, which was her daughter.  Her daughter immediately told me that it was her mother's American Express and to talk to her and she gave me her number.  I called and left a message and she called back.  She talked to me and then my business partner and told her, "I'm [redacted] not paying you." My partner told her that she told us she saw the pictures of the dog and he looked great.  She responded by saying, yes, he did look great for the first three weeks.  My partner asked are they continuing to brush the dog and the she hung up on my partner. Her story changed with American Express.  The second notification we got from them she said the dog was a show dog, which is not true.  The dog is a neutered male, which cannot be shown.  He's a pet.  When her daughter brought in the dog it was completely matted and we did not cut the coat at all.  We dematted the dog.  The only part we clippered was by his penis as we were not going to pull on his penis to demat the coat and sensitive boy parts.  When she made the appointment she admitted the dog had been neglected by her daughter and needed major grooming.  The first time we saw this dog was September 12, 2015 and then he came in on November 8, 2016, over a year between groomings for us.   In fact, her daughter sent her pictures of the dog after the groom she called and said he looked great and everything was fine.   The service was provided and she did not contest the charges until January 2017 when the service was provided in November.  I am attaching all our documentation with American Express and also our client card with our notes regarding this matter. We provided the service and do not believe we should have to refund any money. Susan P[redacted]
