I don't dispute part of complaint Customer is exaggerating the extent of unfinished roof There was a small ledge on side of house that didn't get finished No more than a foot wide and 8' long As to downspouts, there were two 90's that didn't get sealed.My son wrecked our truck that pulls trailer that we haul metal on Someone ran him out of road, totaled truck and put him in hospital He suffered a severely bruised heart, died twice on way to hospital This caused me to forget about anything but him All roofs in world are not worth my son I apologize for lack of communication but my crew should have taken better care They no longer work for me.I am willing to reimburse customer in the amount of $ This will cover cost of material and labor that w left undone.Thanks,Jimmy Ball ConstCo., Inc.Jimmy Ball
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThere is still metal roofing that has not been nailed down and there is gaps in the mental Mr Ball has not once inspected this roof and has no idea about structural damage He sub contracted this out and I have on video the worker informing me he told Mr Ball in the beginning that the roof look awful There is no flashing at the chimney that was left and they have bent a piece of tin over this I was informed per the worker this is a run off I had my attic inspected and there is sunlight coming through the gaps in the tin I was informed by MrBall that my roof will not leak but if there is open places I don't know what is going to keep it form leaking Again MrBall has not once inspected this roof He is taking the advice of the sub contractor who nailed tin to tin and missed the wood frame altogether MrBall never discussed with me the cost to fix this He informed me he could not fix my roof I am in the process of getting a new contractor to look at my roof but I fell MrBall took advantage of me He set a price knowing the chimney's would be removed and never called me the day of work to ask if I wanted to pay extra I would have done so I have not one time informed Mr Ball of what I could and could not afford His workers did come through my roof into the kitchen ceiling with their foot and left a hole in my ceiling I would request my money returned expect for the cost of the tin with a sales receipt to show this and I will now have to hire another contractor to fix this mess Regards, [redacted]
We at Jimmy Ball Construction Company Inchave taken care and addressed all issues of which Mrs*** has mentioned There is still a sag in top of roof between where two (2) chimneys were We removed chimneys, which were better reinforced thus leaving a sag between them The
house is very old The rafters between chimneys have settled over the years thus leaving dip in roof I told Mrs*** it would cost over $1,to go in attic jack them up, brace them, and put longer metal on She cannot afford this I have not heard from here in a while I hope everything is OK!Thanks.Jimmy Ball

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
